Well Christmas has come and gone and the year will soon be nothing more than a memory. It would be safe to assume that the Christmas decorations are down, the toys are scattered about the house and the trash is sitting on the curb waiting to be recycled. If not, then it would be safe for me to assume that you are not focused on the coming year. Why would I say such a thing? Well in my personal opinion, when I see people with Christmas decoration still glowing well after Christmas has passed I assume that they are living in the past. You may be saying, “I enjoy the serenity, the twinkle of the lights gives me that warm and fuzzy feeling.” Stop! There is a time and a season for all things.
At this point in you life you should be focusing on the coming year. A plan should be in place and idea should already be written in the new calendar book. If you have not done these things then it is time to start. Planning allows for perfection and can help you see your end goal much clearer. 2009 presented some extreme challenges for many. Some lost everything but I pray that those setbacks will not leave them grounded. I will use a quote from one of my favorite songs, “It’s a new season, and it’s a new day, a fresh anointing is coming your way.”
I ask that you not allow 2009 dictate your 2010. Start to build the momentum you need to bust the doors of the new decade wide open. Clear the clutter, clear your mind and be prepared for a new experience.
One Final Note: If you are planning on starting a new business I can show you how to gain valuable leads and make money. All this can be done on autopilot, which will allow you to focus on the real deal and that is handling your business.
