I am no stranger to change. I have had to change directions on many occasions. Some people call it reinvention, but I call it following my passion. I may not be the most organized individual in the world. In fact, my life is just like many others. I have a career, I am a father, a husband, and I am also an entrepreneur. What do you want to achieve this year?

Now that the New Year has begun, it is time to focus on what goals you want to achieve so that 2012 will be your most successful year ever. Start out by asking yourself: Did I achieve everything I set out to do in 2011? If the answer is no, spend some time reflecting on why you didn’t accomplish everything you set out to do. Did you set a goal that you felt was attainable, but knew deep down that goal would never be achieved? Sometimes we set goals for things we feel we should strive for, but maybe we only set them because other factors tell us we should.
