What do you want to achieve this year?
Now that the New Year has begun, it is time to focus on what goals you want to achieve so that 2012 will be your most successful year ever. Start out by asking yourself: Did I achieve everything I set out to do in 2011? If the answer is no, spend some time reflecting on why you didn’t accomplish everything you set out to do. Did you set a goal that you felt was attainable, but knew deep down that goal would never be achieved? Sometimes we set goals for things we feel we should strive for, but maybe we only set them because other factors tell us we should.

If you’re like most of the so called 97% of Americans, you have some debt. Be it a student loan, credit cards, auto loans or a second mortgage, it’s all called debt. After going through a recession and near depression, I am amazed at those who still want to live above their means.
