There will come a time when you will have to do more than norm in order to succeed. There will come a time when you will have to move beyond your comfort zone into a place of insecurity. Most people are where they are because they lack the confidence needed to move above and beyond. Imagine how different your life would be if you felt more confident.

You must dream before you can plan.  The dreaming I’m speaking of is not seeing yourself playing for your favorite ball team and helping them to win the World Series when you’re 60+ years old. What I do mean is to dream about what you want out of life, or actually, what God wants you to have from your life. The dreaming you’re about to do is very important.  It will give you focus and power in your life.

When you mention dreaming, most people think it’s a waste of time, they’re confusing wish and hoping with creative dreaming. Constructive dreaming is dreaming to create something where there was nothing before.

Just remember to dream big.  You must expand your mind so God can fill it with his thoughts for you. He thinks much bigger than you do. Whatever you have for your dream, you’ll be trading your whole life for it.

Millionaire Peter J. Daniels said that the one thing successful people agree on is that they never dreamed big enough. Whatever you dream, make sure it fulfills the true desires of your heart. If God gives you a dream for a purpose, He will give you the ability to carry it out.

The power of visualization can never be overestimated, the body will adapt to the instructions of the mine. Don’t just wish and hope, start dreaming and planning

To help you and you’re dreaming and visualization process, you should have a place to dream that stimulates you. It could be the color of the room, a fragrant candle, running water, blue skies, or whatever gets your dream juices flowing. Find your spot and open your mind to new ideas. http://paynelessadvice.com/2010/05/13/find-your-inspiration/

While you’re dreaming, I suggest that you write these dreams in a journal. Make it a real journal, something permanent. It will be good reading for your children and very useful when you start to plan. The first step to making your dreams real is to document.  Let me be the first to wish you big and pleasant dreams.

Looks Like My Mouth Wrote a Check My Behind Couldn’t Cash!

A few days ago I said that it was personal achievement time.  My goal was to blast into this week with a new sense of urgency, working on my mind and my body.

Well, three days have pasted and I am sorry to report that I am no further along than I was when I made the statement. Actually I take that back. I have made provisions. I invested in all of my work out gear. I have all of my personal development books at my immediate disposal and my ambition level is through the roof.

The problem is in my scheduling, which I never took into consideration.

My daily tasks leave me overwhelmed. My timing is off and so is my schedule. Adding on an additional task only highlighted the fact that I need a plan. I need a plan of action that will allow me time to complete my daily task and engage in my daily desires.

Planning is so very essential. It’s one thing to think about doing something but it is a completely different story to execute. It looks like I forced to follow my own advice. Think Plan Do and Review. This is the key to success.

Think it out.

Plan it out.

Do it and Review it.

Remember, “Life is what you make it” and a plan makes the task that much easier.

I shall succeed!
